Description | Mastoid, handle. Missing parts of rim and upper wall. Shape as in Richter and Milne "Shapes and Names", fig. 171. No separate foot. Vessel rests on lowest edge of wall. Bottom a circular area 3.3 cm in diam., is gently concave. Loop handles tilted upwards. Figures scene on both sides in handle zone. On one side two reclining bearded males, heads at right. On the other side are two similar but unbearded figures, heads also at right, on both sides a vine rises between the pairs and spreads out in both directions. |
