Description | Attachable loop handle of a vessel. Double-strand, connecting the shoulder and rim. At the rim end is a curved strip which fitted outside the rim of the vessel; this strip is pierced in two places, an iron pin remaining in each piercing. On the shoulder each strand curves at right angles and ends in a triangular-shaped point (one missing). Surmounting the top of the handle is a ring. |
