Ermine pelts are white with black tail tips and attached to a backing of red cloth. The pelts are studded with green, yellow, and pink pompoms throughout the jacket. The cuffs, shoulders, collar, frontal bib, and lower hem are made of red cloth with sinuous, floral beadwork in white, light blue, dark blue, yellow, and green beads. The bib is has a beaded eagle in the style of an American eagle as well as two beaded whales. Each section of red cloth is framed with a thin, white band and trimmed with brown cloth.
