Description

Wheel made. Complete, but nozzle broken and chips in body wall and base. Pierced lug handle at side. Disc with fill hole, slightly concave with uneven groove defining disc from body of lamp. Nozzle has evidence of burning at wick hole. Base defined from body of lamp, concave underneath. Glaze black with red patches, especially disc and base (underside). Rather thick fabric. Medium fine clay, fired reddish to yellowish, few bits.
