Description | Tapestry with stitch overlay and looped weave fringed head with pendant wrapped cords ending in tassels. Doubtless from a sheer poncho. Small tapestry "element" or fragment. It appears to be a headdress shaped applique in red, blue, and yellow with three wrapped yarns at the bottom ending in tassel-like loosely spun yarns. Most likely part of a larger poncho. Color(s): Red, yellow and blue. |
