Description | Probably from jar, neck beginning at top edge of sherd. Light orange paste with no visible temper. Outside buff, probably due to salts. Matte surface: decorated with bands of meanders made by incision with 3 pronged comb, alternating with annular bands made by incising with 2 pronged comb. "Wheel-marks" on inside. Islamic? |
