Description

Double-headed drum (Xigubu) with hide covering both sides; body of drum is a metal (tin can) frame; hides are attached together by hide lashing. Piece of jute rope attached to handle. One of the surfaces is broken on the rim; streaks of green and grey paint on surface of drum head. The other drum head has tears at rim and tear in center with repair (green stitches).
