Description | Wooden staff, lower and carved to represent goat's horn (broken) tip. Finial fits over top of staff, depicts a goat(?) wit one horn, four feet on flat rectangular pedestal with insertion hole for staff in center (broken out) and hole drilled in stomach of animal for tip of staff. Animal's tail is curved up and touches back of its head. On top of single horn rising between its ears, is a smaller two-horned kid facing rear with four feet together and small stubby tail. Both animals are covered with punctate and linear incised designs representing hair. Larger animal with bad split from belly to back of head. |
