Featuring:
James L. Bullion, Director of the Task Force for Business and Stability Operations (TFBSO); his
responsibilities include helping to stimulate the private sector of the Afghan economy. He is also a retired
colonel of the United States Army Reserve and served two tours in Iraq.
Colonel Lynda M. Granfield, Military Assistant to the Director of TFBSO. She has served in a number
of joint exercises and military operations including Operation Desert Shield and Storm, Operation Uphold
Democracy, and Operation Joint Endeavor, and her many accolades include a Defense Meritorious Service
Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and a Bronze Star.
Waheed Majrooh, Senior Business and Cultural Advisor to the Director of the TFBSO. His previous
experiences in Afghanistan include consulting at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and
the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA), as well as teaching entrepreneurship at the American
University of Afghanistan.
