Norseng has worked at the Cultural Section since 1994, where he is now responsible for Foreign Relations Affairs and Tourism as well as Cultural Material Conservation. Before MMAP, he participated in several archaeological projects in Luang Prabang province. His specialization with MMAP is artifact illustration.
