Description | Woman's hair band. Warp float design. Plain weave magenta silk and lavender cotton in groups of four strands of silk thread run through center of entire ribbon. Both ends finished off with tinsel wrapped magenta fibers. Three magenta silk tassels at end. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 13 epi, silk and cotton (four singles) warp alternating. Weft: 38 ppi, four singles, Z twist, mauve cotton. Weft faced plain weave with silk warp floats." |
