Description | Cofradia, white cotton ground, center panel, neck opening bound with red cotton fabric, brocaded stylized animals, one of two pieces. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 60 epi, 2 singles, Z twist, white cotton. Weft: 22 ppi, 3 singles, Z twist, white cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Supplemental weft - two faced. 1 panel - 4 selvedegs. Made on a backstrap loom." |
