Warp faced weave cotton with narrow stripes of black, purple, green, yellow and red. Warp end fringe at each end in 3 braids tied near end.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 60 epi, three ply, cotton. Weft: 18 ppi. Warp faced plain weave. Woven on a backstrap loom."
