Description | Hair band of red cotton with green stripes. Ends are triangular with three loops covered with embroidery. Multicolored tassel as fringe. One end brocaded in geometric pattern. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 68 epi, two singles, Z twist, red and green cotton. Four singles, white cotton. Two ply cotton in multicolors. Weft: 22 ppi, three singles, Z twist, red cotton. Single faced brocading. Warp faced plain weave. Woven on a backstrap loom." |
