Description | Birds in small squares, arranged with plain squares in checkerboard but zigzag as to colors. Border in bird design Tapestry weave. All selvages present. Cloth can be divided up into three sections: one larger checkerboard section flanked by two thinner bands with another design pattern. The zigzag checkerboard pattern has a bird motif in alternating squares. Warp ends are bound. Color(s): Red, tan, white and black. |
