Description
Base sherd from a deep pot (深鉢). Flat bottomed vessel with sides sloping outward at steep angle. Very thick, especially near base. Rounded interior bottom. Smooth surfaces on both exterior and interior. Jomon style. Bottom of foot mat-like impressions.
