Description | This object is a lithic and is seven inches long. Both the ANSP and loan numbers are visible. The side with the numbers is flat and the other is rounded. The number side is mottled gray with red staining close to the numbers. The rounded side is the same color, but the staining is more pronounced, and one corner of the working edge is nearly black. The working edge is square, rounded, and smooth, while the side opposite it is rough and oblique. The pecking is more prevalent on the rounded side and edges, further from the working edge. |
