Description

Strip of buckskin that tapers slightly with two rows or blue and red triangles separated by blue lines. White and grey feathers attached by fringe at the bottom. Black and white feathers attached at the crown cut into zig-zag patterns. Small section of fringe where the crown meets the strip hanging from the back. Two neck straps.
