Description

Man's belt. "Fabrica en la aldea de Chimaltenango." Red ground with a striped yellow, green, and purple design at both ends. Fringed at both ends.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 80 epi, single, Z twist, yellow cotton. Two singles, Z twist, red cotton. Weft: 20 ppi, four singles, Z twist, red cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Supplementary weft is two faced. Woven on a backstrap loom."
