| Description | Composite arrow: reed shaft, hard wood point. Nocked. Very fine binding at nock end and at juncture between shaft and point, covered with some sort of sealant. Wood carved with relief points, incised chevrons, etc. Red, white, black pigment. 4.7 cm. tip, with two tiny backward-facing barbs (one broken off). Exhibited at l'Exposition universelle de Paris 1900. |
