Description

Black leather "button" attached to twisted black leather band. Band is double, with fastener knot at end. At 3 places, thin red leather is bound around band - to hold "button" in place, and to bind 2 bands together. Probably wrist phylactery. The leather of the phylactery is worn revealing red and blue striped cloth.
