Description | Cotton cloth. Red plaid with yellow stripes. Brocaded birds in purple, white, brown, yellow, blue and green silk. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 44 epi, single, Z twist, cotton. Weft: 40 ppi, single, Z twist, cotton. Balanced plain weave. Supplementary weft is two faced. One panel, four selvedges. Woven on a backstrap loom." |
