Description

Point or arrowhead (石鏃). Elongated triangular point with long narrow stem. Bifacially retouched. Gray stone. 13190 is one of many stemmed points in the collection. Stemmed points or arrowheads appear in sites from the Late Paleolithic to Yayoi Period. Without context arrowheads such as these can only be assigned a broad date range.
