Description

Flat with cut-out sections in upper half giving appearance of 3 rods of which center is largest. Top and bottom of cutouts wrapped with brown velvet around flat stem; from bottom one strand of horse hair with pinkish fringe emerge. Cutouts wrapped with quill work; light colored with bands of red, yellow and blue; blue bands widest and have stepped checkerboard diamonds caused by interweaving blue end light colored quills. Colors faded.
