Description | Wooden handle with two braided rattan heels. Upper section of handle is carved bone with tufts of dyed hair attached through perforations in the bone. Blade inserted into handle and held in place with gum. Blade has incised geometric designs on both sides. The upper portion of the back of the blade, as well as the section of the cutting edge closest to the handle, are shaped with half-scroll designs. |
