Description

About an inch in length, this game stick known as bahm-nyout (밤윳)is white and flat on one side while black and convex on the other. There are four sticks in this set. They are usually made of the wood of a thick, bushy tree like the prunus. The convex side of the blocks is blackened by charring. They were used to play nyout-nol-ee or nyout playing (윳놀이).
