Description | Shape: Conical cup or bowl. Fabric: Fine, very pale brown (10YR 7/4) clay with decoration in mottled light red (2.5YR 6/6) to black paint and added white (poorly preserved) paint. Decoration: Light red to black paint in bands on rim, inside and out, at base and in three vertical panels. Added white paint: two thin bands on painted band at rim; diagonal lines and cross-hatching on vertical panels. Condition: Restored from fragments. Some sherds missing. Surface very erroded. |
