Description | Beaked jug in superposed color; small; owl and floral ornament (olive and palmette); intact. On neck an owl, stance toward right, but head frontal. On either side a vertical spray of olive. Below owl, on front of body a large palmette. On either side a looped tendril terminatin above in a small flower. Intact. Good black glaze. Colour well preserved. On underside a large capital M and a smaller X. |
