Description

Jug with one handle and trefoil mouth. Fine, light gray (2.5 Y 7/2) clay, with traces of black paint. Decoration in (added white?) not identifiable. Restored from fragments; some sherds missing; surface eroded. Comments: MM IIA-III. Related to Walberg 1983: Shape 130, a common type. Compare (among others) The Cretan Collection Vol. I., no. 131 (Sphoungaras); Demargne 1945: pls. 3-4 and 29, no. 8682 (Mallia).
