Description | Section of rim and floor. Hard, buff clay. Surface covered with cream colored slip on which designs are painted in glaze fired red. Rim, of which only lower part is preserved, was probably flaring in profile. Bottom: 6 wheel painted lines encircle bases of 2 large petals. Interior: between parts of 2 petals, points out, a swastika. |
