Description

Zamle Society Mask. Highly polished black surface with red and blue pigment around eyes and on upper surface of mouth, incised linear design is rubbed with white pigment, upward curving horns have traces of red and blue pigment. Slit for eyes, hole in mouth, protrusion of the nose, and three small protrusions of wood on the forehead underneath a zigzag ornamentation. The teeth are carved out as well.
