Description | From a shell antefix, shell broken off except for ragged inner edges. Bottom edge not preserved. Back plain, hollow in area of face; buttress complete. Frotnal face. Diadem with rosettes (?) in relief. Hair parted in middle, waved back from forehead, falling in locks beside cheek. molded frome around head, rounded in section. Considerable traces of red on remains of shell, on top of head, beside head on left and perhaps on hair. Yellowish brown on diadem and perhaps on face. |
