Description | Standing human figure; knees slightly bent, one arm curved down in front with hand over genital area, other longer arm extended in front of body with two long fingers pointing. This arm is nailed on and appears to have been cut from another figure. Stamp of original arm visable. Head is flat on top with cap or bark head-ring indicated. Red paint still visable over most of body and arms front and back. On face also traces of black and white (eyes are completely white) Square hole bored completely through each leg above knee, another above foot of left leg. Adze marks plain only on arm. Weathered. |
