Description

1960's or 70's red and white striped cotton, three panels sewn together, top half boardered in wool, neck has white cotton fabric insert with red and blue tape in rick rack design and magenta wool circles.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 72 epi, single ply white cotton. Z twist and 2 ply - red, blue and yellow cotton, Z twist. Weft: 24 ppi, 2 singles, Z twist, white cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Supplemental weft - single faced. 3 panels - 4 selvedges each. Made on a backstrap loom."
