Description | Tan pottery with brown painted design. Four round openings on each side of the body. There is an arched handle on the top. Eight string of white beads encircle the neck. The same beads with a turquoise bead on the end hang from the ears. The body was vertical brown stripes between the openings. The top is painted like a face. The eyes are black. There are two blue lines under the mouth. Both the mouth and the nose are incised. Vessel was probably made by Annie Fields. |
