Description

Terracotta pot with lid: contemporary cooking vessel. The pot is of reddish clay and is globular in shape with a slightly flared rim; the exterior of the base hsa marks of broad burnishing. The round convex rim also has marks of this burnishing; its handle is a small upraised "pinch" of clay with indentations for two fingers to grasp it by.
