Fringed, padded and sewed up top

Plain weave pouch with long fringe. The header cords have been used to make a strap. There is a plain weave strap that is attached to the ends of the fringe. There is a running stitch on the top and sides of the pouch. The measurements do not include the header cords. Color(s): white.
