Description | Pottery. Intact, except for one handle broken off and replaced. In center of interior a large (di. 5-6cm). reserved circular area; at the center of it are two small wheel painted concentric circles and a large dot. On the exterior the following are reserved: bottom of foot and outer edge; a broad band around the lower wall; interior of handles; and a broad handle zone are painted in black glaze a closely spaced row of palmettes rising from a guilloche on A&B. Formerly American section 15274. |
