Description | Flint flake - Thick. Quadrangular. Triangular in section. Typical Clactonian flake. Greenish-yellow, tinged with orange patination on lower face. Orange patination on upper face, becoming spotted towards cortex which remains at end. Lustered. Striking platform composed of two facets, one of which is large and triangular in shape. Adjoining oblique platform at corner together with conical and accidented bulb, both of which have been partly removed by later retouch. Edges show utilization which is partly of later date.
