Description | Flat base bearing two incised circles and in the center several incised lines like a star; there are also incised lines on the underside of the nozzle; circular body, short nozzle; impressed molded decoration on ths sides of an ovolo pattern and a stylized ionic captial below the nozzle; broken discus bearing molded decoration showing Europa seated on the bull. Fragmentary and incomplete. Buff ware, traces of red wash. |
