Description | Vermeule: Sard. Intaglio. (Modern gold ring setting) Broken on several sides. A Bacchic scene, Silenus seated to right, watching two satyrs or Pan and a satyr who frolic in a rustic landscape. Altar at the right, a column with vine shoots and a jar on top in the background. Graeco-Roman. |
