Description | 2 rampant stylized dragons. bodies are separate; long necks. tight necklaces. Gaping mouth, hanging tongue. Tail long and curled. Mounted on Bottle Base. Same relief on both faces. Legrain Publication: "Bronze mascot. Two dragons rampant with gaping mouth and hanging tongues, stand opposite each other. The usual hero is missing between them and was probably figured on the head of the pin driven between their front and rear claws. They wear wear a four-string collar. A short bristling mane runs along their necks. The relief is the same on both faces. The piece is not made if two soldered halves but caste in one operation.
