Description

Hairy shield. Kelevit-bok. Wooden shield, rectangular with pointed ends. Flat planes of the sides meet at an angle to form a longitudinal median ridge on the front. In the middle of the back a vertical hardwood handle. Painted both sides. On the front, a demonic figure with large round eyes and curved fangs. Large flat tufts of brown human hair cover front, obscuring almost everything but the large central face. On the back two humanoid figures, arms raised, with elaborate stylized hair or headdresses.
