Description

One of two carved posts flanking the doorway of a clan chief's house. Human face at the top, with vertical rows of four diamonds surrounded by parallel incised lines below. Vertical cracks left of center, oval hole between the two top diamonds in center row. Nail. Exhibited at l'Exposition universelle de Paris 1900.
