Bark cloth poncho with sewn-on bark cloth rosettes along the neckline and the front of the garment. Felted fringe along three edges. Rows of cut-out diamonds and chevron line the sides; cut-out triangles and slashes through the center of the poncho. Exhibited at l'Exposition universelle de Paris 1900. Society Islands.
