Description | White cotton huipil in three panels sewn together. Diagonal zig-zag weave in gauze. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 16 epi, two singles, Z twist, white cotton. Weft (gauze): 11 ppi, two singles, Z twist, white cotton. Supplementary weft is two faced. Three panels, four selvedges each. Woven on a backstrap loom." |
