Description | Intact. Lower end in form of a bull's head; above, on the cup wall, a nude youth moving left, a wreath in his right hand, a tray of cakes (?) in his left. He looks back. Chlamys draped over lower left arm. Spots of added white. At either side, on the handle, a palmette. The inside glazed and somewhat encrusted. Good black glaze, rather dull; where the glaze has peeled aaway it appears to have been applied over a white slip. |
