Black glossy metal stand with convex base; wide stem center and larger concave top. Screw in middle - top to bottom, with nut at bottom. Indented line running length of diameter of top. For use by a Buddhist monk. Part of the eight possessions of a monk known as atthapirika (atapirikara).
