Description | Long oblong strip of sheer light yellow piña (pineapple fiber) cloth. Overall pattern of small flowers with four petals each in rows of four and five. Three darker yellow, cotton or silk bands at ends. Plain weave with supplementary wefts of cotton or silk. Ends unhemmed. Displayed at the Louisiana Purchase Exposition in St. Louis in 1904. |
