Description | Wooden Katsina doll carved from one piece of wood. The face is painted black with a green bird track on the forehead and a fan of feathers behind the head. The eyes are bulging and the mouth is large, open and full of teeth. Horns are attached to the sides of the head. The figure wears a painted red shirt, painted blue pants, an animal skin with fur and holds a saw and a whip. This figure is the Black Ogre (Nataska) Katsina. Made by Daren Silas.
